Here's what's going on in Hopcat's brewery these days.

House beers.. (they may not ALWAYS be on, but there's a pretty good chance)

Hoppapotamus  - An incredibly well balanced American style IPA with a nice dry finish that leaves a trace of salt on your tongue - we dig the hell out of it.

Sage Against the Machine - A nicely herbed honey pale ale - not too sweet, a little peppery from the sage.

Viener Lager - A nice, sessionable Vienna Style Lager...crisp, clean, caramelly and mildly hopped.

The Pale Ale - We will be taking a basic pale ale recipe and consistently messing around with it.  Could be a seasonal fruit, an herb or spice or six times the amount of hops.  It all depends on the mood we're in on brew day...

Other Stuff we Have on Tap right now (for the time being...)

Kodiak Killer - A big ole Barleywine, aged in bourbon barrels for eight months.

Summer Schweet - A very light American Pale Wheat, blended with a small amount of fresh lemonade for supreme refreshment on those hot summer days.

In the pipeline...

Kymerica Beer 2010 - An Imperial Brown Ale fermented with a blend of American and Belgian yeasts.  Half of the batch will be blended with fresh cider from our good friends at Vander Mill Cider.

Raging Centaur - An Imperial Red IPA with all Summit hops.

Siciliano's Winner 2010 - This year, a wonderfully crisp American Pale from homebrewer Andrew Zinn.
