Join us for a much-anticipated beer dinner with the rad folks from Greenbush Brewing in Sawyer, MI! We're beyond thrilled to bring you this bright & flavorful lineup of 5 fantastic brews paired with 4 courses from our creative & talented executive chef, Matthew Palen.
Welcoming Beer: Traktor – Cream Ale – 6.1%
First Course: Tuna, Avocado, & Mango Sushi Rolls: Thin sliced sashimi tuna, fresh mango, and creamy avocado slices rolled in sushi rice and spicy seaweed wrap; served with soy sauce and pickled vegetables.
Paired w/: Star Chicken Shotgun – American IPA – 6.8%
Second Course: Chicken and Bell Pepper Orzo Risotto: Tender orzo pasta with fire roasted bell peppers, chicken stock, and pecorino romano cheese form a creamy, decadent risotto; topped with crispy chicken cracklins.
Paired w/ Sunspot – Hefeweizen – 6%
Third Course: Wild Boar Sausage with Fire Grilled Belgian Endive: Roasted wild boar sausaged accompanied by fire grilled Belgian endive and red pepper coulis.
Paired w/ Distorter- Porter -7.2%
Dessert: Lavender and Hazelnut Chocolate Meringues: Light and crispy dark chocolate meringues topped with chopped hazelnut and scented with fragrant lavender.
Paired w/ Power Nap – American Stout w/ coffee & chamomile (collaboration w/ Transient Artisan Ales)
